Access Storage has been using Arup's web-based project management and collaboration service for the last 12 months to provide a series of virtual project offices for their programme of refurbishment of European premises. Access' project managers are working with several teams on projects of varying size and complexity. The web interface allows the management team to review all of the projects from one location and to build a common interface and protocol with their teams. Brian Nearney of Access Storage explains:
"We are currently rolling out our product across Europe in line with our aggressive expansion plans. With Arup's system we have greater control and instant access to all the relevant documents which is helping to speed up communication as well as create greater certainty amongst the team."
